How pricing works
Pricing is based on linear footage, home height, and roofline complexity (peaks, corners, access, and safe ladder placement). We’ll provide a clear range first, then confirm the final quote after photos or a quick visual check.

If we spot simple issues during the cleaning, we can often handle small adjustments on the spot (time permitting), such as:

Warranty & service
Workmanship warranty (installation)
We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on the installation itself. This covers installation-related issues such as:
- mounting or alignment concerns
- loose sections or track attachment issues
- cable concealment placement
- connection issues caused by installation (as determined during inspection)
If the issue is confirmed to be workmanship-related, we fix it at no charge during the warranty period.
Product warranty (manufacturer)
Permanent lighting systems are electronic products (LEDs, controller, power supply, connectors). Product defects are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and replacement approvals/timelines are handled by the manufacturer.
Troubleshooting & service calls
If a section stops working or the system has an electrical issue, we can come out to diagnose the problem and identify whether it’s an installation issue or a product/component issue.
Service calls and diagnostics are billed separately.
However, if we determine the issue was caused by workmanship, we’ll waive the service charge and handle it under the workmanship warranty.
Customer-supplied lights
We’re happy to install customer-supplied lights, but please note that product warranty coverage remains with the manufacturer of the lights and components you purchase.
